I'll tell you what. I've done it before and I'll do it again in a heartbeat. Why? Because it works.

If you can't pay your affiliates. Shut your program down and don't come back until you have paid off all outstanding affiliate payments.

Funny how it's always the same programs giving the same or similar excuses.

I wasn't saying anything about about those that do it. Just the opposite. What I am saying is that NO affiliate should have to go to a board to get a pay out. They should be paid out according to the schedule in the terms in conditions on the site that they agree to.

Affiliates shouldn't have to chase down any payments, they should arrive on time, every time. There are a couple of programs that are VERY consistent with this, sadly, there are many more who are not.

Agreed. However, when the program breaks their own terms and conditions and continually gives the run-around, then I strongly encourage affiliates to out the programs on the boards.

Some will say that this is not the place to conduct business regarding payments. That may be true initially, however, when you're ignored, lied to and continually given the run around, then I say publicly post away.
