Wires or Checks are preferred.
Being in Canada, the checks are easy and clear immediately. Wires have a wait time, but still. Paypal is always great too - I like paypal payments.

I find ePass too expensive to bother with. And the whole ATM withdrawal thing just annoys the crap out of me. I don't know why, it just does.
