I personally think VISA is just testing the waters once again to see what exactly "we" will "allow" them to do to us.
There is indeed valid arguments on both sides if you think about it....
US: it's JUST fantasy, we are a business and as a business we have lots of paperwork, and can "only" produce content that all parties are in consent of.
THEM: simulated rape is simulated rape, no matter what we call it.
The sad thing here is IF VISA does manage to "wake up" the sleeping niche what will they go after next?
not too long ago CCBILL decided (to keep visa happy) that it would no longer process for 3D sites that featured 'models' with animal parts IE wings, tails, ears etc.
Their claim "it's a form of bestiality" when I and others in the 3D niche pressed harder we were told even further....
Now the work around for that is to have somewhere among the photos something along the line of "Julie in a cat costume" because THAT is 100% fine and dandy."In order for a human to have wings, a tail or animal ears, there had to been sex with an animal somewhere down the road"
But honestly I'm reminded of the whole "Teen" word hoopla back in 2002 (that actually led me to kill my budding teen paysites before they were even ready to fully launch) VISA (supposedly) said no more using the word "Teen" to describe the models instead COED had to be used, funny 7 years later I still see "Teen X" here and there.
