I think one of the major differences between straight and gay members areas is the amount of actual content inside them.

For the most part, the larger straight members areas are stuffed full of feeds from just about every provider you can think of with very little 'actual' content being hosted by the paysite owner whereas on the gay side of things i see many less gay members areas stuffed with feeds but having a LOT more actual 'content' in them that is hosted by the site owner.

Also, the amount of updates needed to retain on the straight side of things is much higher than on the gay side of the business, we're currently updating once every 48 hours whilst almost all of the members areas of people i speak to regularly on the straight side of things update daily and some even update hourly :eek:

I do beleive that the oversaturation of porn on the straight side of things has played a lot on this though, whilst gay is becoming saturated in terms of niches, it is nowhere near as easy to find whatever you want as it is in the striaght porn world... For the time being.
