Me! Although every year I buy most of my relatives Turbotax software. They love it and request the same gift every year. So I'm not exactly on a December 25 deadline. As long as they have it by late January they are happy.

Somehow I did it mostly in one day about a week and a half ago. I don't have a lot of gifts to buy, but enough.

A few years ago I somehow started getting in the habit of buying presents (sometimes birthday but usually for Christmas) anytime during the year that I'd see something just right for someone. You can find yourself with nothing much to buy by the end of the year, which is good. But there is some kind of let down. Despite it's a hassle, it feels good to buy Christmas/holiday presents in December (or November). The ones I bought for Christmas earlier in the year feel "old" sometimes, especially the longer they sit in the closet.

My family is the family that has everything. Basically I offer them frequent flyer miles or upgrades but they never seem to take the present!

I somehow managed to get mine done in under 45 mins. this past Sunday. :innocent:

I hit the mall early before the lineups and breezed through three stores in no time.
