    DMCA - False Accusations - need a lawyer

    I need help here.
    I am not sure exactly all that is going on. Our sister company bought out a company, terminated the contract, gave it back. i am not going to detail.
    the company is pissed now nearly a year later cuz they gave the company back. they are sending false dmca stuff to ccbill and national net the host. they claim they own the rights to the content. its a lie. we produced it and have the model releases.
    the company wont get off our back. we have so far won every dispute with the host and ccbill. they still wont give up.
    i can understand them filing dmca's on their products and stuff but not on ours. seems like a psycho mess.
    what would you do? what could i do? i've spoken to our lawyer but he does not handle copyright law stuff.
    the content is registered with the us copyright office. we know we need to get a lawyer on this guy but we are having a tough time finding a lawyer to handle this esp. with it being porn.

    any suggestions?
