Why don't you just enter your info where it says "Already have a CCBill account?".

If you already have a master CCBill affiliate account, then you will never need to re-enter all your details again.

Plus even if you did sign up as a new affiliate at each CCBill site, most of the info you provide is only given to CCBill. The pay site never sees your SSN or tax ID.
