Death is certainly not something anyone looks forward to. However, should consider it and keep it in the back of their head. Do you want the state to take your hard work or someone who would deserve or monetize it? I certainly would not want the state to get it.

I don't know all of the legal laws on corporations and what not. We are an S-Corp. I'm guessing if the President deceases the company and it's assets are then gifted to the Vice President whom then becomes the President. So on and so forth.

Unfortunately, it's my parents for now LOL. God, my christian mother. I can see it now. But we are getting our wills re-done soon.
