John,

I looked at your website and I can see many areas that could be improved. Please take these comments as constructive, I don't want to offend! Now, that being said, I think your website is extremely amateur, lacks a clear focus (surprisingly enough) and you may actually have some copyright issues to take care of.

First thing I noticed is that you have a disclaimer page which is improperly laid out using a scroll bar for no reason at all and has a very very small enter link. The biggest thing I see on that page is the cyberpatrol banners. It took me a few seconds before I finally saw the enter link. I am personally not a fan of entry pages, as I think they are a waste of time and lead to less people actually viewing your site, but if you do chose to use one, make sure that the disclaimer and cyberpatrol stuff is not the main focus, but instead the ENTER HERE link is!

So getting to the main welcome page, its like I am at a different site as it has a different background, its red (not blue) and its text is even in a different font. Confusing! Then I checked your welcome page video and was extremely disappointed to see that it had pretty much NOTHING in it. I have already agreed to your warning, now I have to sit thru a video which is 1/2 opening credits and 1/2 total family rated content? If I am a surfer looking for the corporal punishment content, I am gone by this point.

I did, however, not leave and stumbled upon your News Update page - WOW, now THAT is a WAY WAY HOTTER CLIP. If that was on the front page, I would be getting excited and wanting to see more, its exactly what I was expecting to see from a corporal punishment site.

So clicking on the next links, I like how the Padding and Caning page goes but I don't understand why the webmaster link there. It makes no sense. Then I went to the Spoankable Lads and Best Butts lnks...do you actually have a license to use that content, was it shot by you, or is this just some pics you are posting that you ripped from the internet? I fear its the last of these answers, which is a no-no when you don't have a license for these....plus there is no reason to have those pics there, its not the focus of your site and provides you with no real added benefit. Why not swap those for stills from your videos, and beside or under each, have a link to the full video in your clip store so you are encouraging surfers to buy that clip.

OK now here's where it gets confusing. I see videos for sale, clips for sale and a members access - this is too much and shows that THIS site has no clear focus. So as a surfer I don't know where to go, what to buy, etc...and I didn't even realise this was a membership site till I clicked on the "members entry" page.

Then I checked your clip store pages, your videos are hot but I don't understand why these videos / text descriptions are buried in the middle bar. If this site is being used for clip store sales, I would just drop the rest of the pages, make the clips for sale page your main page. That page would sell, its clear and focused, featuring exactly what you are trying to sell.

So overall, your content is hot...but I really think you need a pro to come in and design a new site for you. I think you need to decide what your site's direction is (a clip store, a dvd store or a membership site). If you want to do more than one, then why not make separate sites. Then you need to feature YOUR content right away and all over the place, like on the clips for sale page. And finally, get rid of that possibly illegal and distracting content, you don't need it!

I hope these comments help, I honestly do think you can become much more successful with your videos if you make some changes, and hope to see your site progress and really take off for you!
