I think in my case Luke it was just a matter of reinstating my affiliate account that was stored in the database. However, when new owners took this program over - or so they say - I emailed them and told them to delete my account. This was after receiving 2 checks that bounced and every story under the sun about payment. So I just washed my hands of them.

I am now in correspondence with them and am trying to get the account closed down. Some people won't take no for an answer.
