How do you like to be notified by a program of a new site or tools

Some guys want mails some want posts on boards some want a personal contact via ICQ or skype.

What do you prefer and what time frame do you need to set something up for the new site/update or what ever it is.

I know broad question but....

I like getting emails with the latest updates, but no more than once a week as I get a lot of update emails! I also login to affiliate areas when I need to get new promo stuff.

We try and send out the updates 1 time a week as thats usually the best. From time to time we will post about new things just to make sure that everyone saw them.

Its amazing how many times I am contacted each week asking for new galleries that were just mailed out. Or they just did not look at the admin to see the new galleries.

How about announcements of new sites. Via mail or boards?

or on time constraints. I like emails, but I usually just move them into my "sponsor" folder and never look at them again. :hook2:

If someone contacts me via ICQ I tend to find more time to actually see what is new and going on.:humble:

I prefer emails. Quick information about new updates are essential to me and with emails they are right on my desk. Sometimes I don't have time to check the boards for a couple of days. When I have the emails in my box I can work on them step by step and delete those which have been processed.
