I was just talking to Luke about being an affiliate and creating a "Tube" site. Luke, and his three programs (Hunkmoney, Britishbucks and Latinobucks), is the only sponsor I use right now. (I'm on disability here in the states and he doesn't have to report to the IRS, not that I'm making any money, LOL).

Due to the fact that he has a limited amount of video clips, I asked him about embedding from other tube sites, such as TNA and EmpFlixxx which purchase their content.

Now the question...any thoughts from the industry pros on how an affiliate can populate their own tube sites with legal content?

I know I could buy some, but if I had that kind of money laying about I would make candles, yes candles damn it!LOL!
This is my suggestion, only a suggestion for you to protect yourself...

Why don't you create your site on "embed only" which means you do not host the videos but embedding them.

What some are doing to build up traffic as an affiliate, they're embedding sponsor videos from Gaytube, RocketTube, and XTube.
Beneath the video, they are putting a banner to the sponsor site the videos belong to, linking it through the URL. At the bottom of each page, they are putting a statement that states "Videos courtesy of <site name> and linking that as a direct link to the site.

I would suggest going this route rather than what your doing. The reason I'm making this suggestion is because what if you embed a "bad video." Then your held liable as well because your site is hosting the video as well.

Just my thoughts, and I think that would help you a lot more going this route. We're even doing it this route.
