finding models

This is a new area so some insight and your experience would be appreciated.

I have learned from past experience that having my own or exclusive content is the way to go so I have opted to do our own. My questions are as follows

• the best way to find models

• a standard of what you would pay the models, based on movie, pictures

• work in a studio or home

• some of your past experiences and things to watch for
