Monday (Oct 10) is a US Holiday

For all of you non-US affiliates, waiting for a Wire on Monday, Monday is a US Bank Holiday.

It is amazing how there's usually a new thread on GD on US Bank Holidays, wondering where the CCBill wire is.

I did mention to CCBill 1 1/2 years ago that they should move the Wire day to Tuesdays, thus avoiding the international panic that happens on US Bank Holiday Mondays, because no one keeps the (above) list pinned on their bulletin board.

And, it's not a North American cultural holiday.

Columbus landed in the Caribbean, and wrought havoc on the people living in what is now Central America, through warfare, conquest, introduction of new diseases, and inter-breeding which spawned a new DNA line of Spanish Americans.

North America was discovered before the last Glacier some 20,000 years ago, by Asians who evolved to become the Native American Indigenous peoples, and by the Scandinavians a few hundred years before Columbus.
