Ok..QUALITY advertising? Since you are rich and money is no issue..there are things that can be done..but you REALLY have to think out of the box. You know how people hire airplanes to carry a banner behind it with things like "Will you marry me Susan?" etc? Put up a banner about your website (keep it clean of course)..and fly it over a VERY large metropolitan area! May be costly, but will get you a hella more hits than buying traffic from the dudes that sell "traffic" or trading banners..etc.
