Che' took me out to Longhorn Steakhouse with another friend and we had a very nice late luncheon. (I LOVE their babyback ribs~!) We have plans to visit the new aquarium that just opened here in Cleveland as part of the celebrations, but not sure what day we will go. A trip to the new Horseshoe Casino is also in the works ... and since this is supposed to be a "lucky" year for me, who knows how that will turn out!
