From what I've read about this case, the guy now has the opportunity for a counter claim of harassment and slander, as it's widely believed that this was a vendetta case brought against him.

He could even claim that this is a hate crime, being persecuted for legal adult content simply because he's a gay man in the public eye.

This kind of case makes me hate living here. The country is corrupt from the top down. Unfortunately, I don't think many other countries are any better.

Not entirely correct, other countries are far more tolerant, Holland and Germany spring to mind, although its gone a bit downhill there as well.

Anyway I decamped to Dominican Republic, they are so laid back here, it gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, nobody gives a shit about anything and you can do what you like -within reason of course- plus very beautiful boys ... or girls if thats your bag :-)
