Why not install Wordpress or a Tube script or a Wordpress Tube Script and just run feeds of your 3 sites to them? You could also sign on as an affiliate for some other bareback sites to promote on them as well. Cross link the different urls as a buddy list.

You might contact the owner of http://a.barebacked.com/ as I happen to know they are putting out a lot of tubes for different niches. Perhaps they'd be interested in the domains.
