You cannot touch existing rebills in ccbill. You can set future rebills to 1% but as soon as you that the affiliate will get notified or will find out after the first rebill. Once he does he will tell everyone and put the program in a bad light. So its a not a good business practice. Any sponsor can see that.

I did that 5 years ago once with one affiliate setting his future rebill percentage to 1% as I had just started in this business and didn't have much experience. Ever since I've had 700+ affiliates and the same affiliate I mentioned above has since been working with me.
