I'm happy to say we've been able to work things out also. I think there were some misunderstandings between our 2 companies and perhaps Ali made a rash decision on the email blast, but after showing Ali the tickets from Nats support proving all his sales were tracked, we were able to come to a mutual agreement and put this behind us.
