A lot of these sites are index pages to Usenet News groups. I have had a couple of titles on these types of sites for 2-3 years.
When I started doing my part to stop Piracy in 2011, and Googled myself constantly, and got connected with Porn Guardian. An issue then was PayPal and Visa doing billing.
One day, I found a site with my videos and eBooks, that processed with CCBill. I contacted several people at CCBill, who got very Lawyeristic with me. Then I contacted Gary Jackson. He said "relax", they're just Usenet resellers. But we watch them closely, so if you send a DMCA, and they don't respond, let me know back.
Never had to! I sent a DMCA, and it was gone off the index right away. Not off of Usenet, but off of resellers - who scrape through usenet for titles and URLS, and create their own index, and then sell access to those URLS. I've sent new DMCAs for 2 years, and index links are gone in hours. Usenet is not easy to navigate through, so Usenet resellers are handy for people who don't have all day to search.
One of my Brit models in England wrote me that a bad person uploaded my movie with him, to Xhamster. Xhamster has NOT replied to my first DMCA, but I did CC Porn Guardian.
On the site in this thread, I did not find my specific titles, but I did find a few "Massage" titles. I clicked on one, and no detail page. What I got was a suspicious file download - which I haven't opened.
