1. I need to find a good adult gay website marketing company, a person with Adult Gay Marketing experience and/or another website owner/webmaster who has the knowledge, the experience and the capabilities who would be interested in taking on the job.

2. I'm also looking for 1-2 good places to buy traffic that obviously converts well.
