Yes, it's wrong for a 30-something guy to be the aggressor against a 14 year old. But kids can be sexual aggressors and it would appear that's what happened here. Unfortunately the law hasn't caught up with realities like that and Mike is rather fucked. Personally I feel sorry for Mike, not the kid.
