Sorry I didn't see you at InterNext 2016. The Meet Market on Saturday evening was huge. Sunday and Monday were quieter, but I did get my first BitCoin and BitCoin account set up!

I did make a suggestion to GHM some years ago, that since all of my videos on GHM came from "for retail" DVDs submitted, that it would have been nice if you offered a 1-Off "On Demand" DVD burn and fulfill option for GHM studios and customers. Customer watches a video, then buys the DVD in the $9 range.

Most people are watching the free live cam shows. The rest are buying memberships and watching or downloading "all you can eat" for a month or two... some are spending pay per minute.

It's not really too late to offer the DVD option- unless encoding disposed of the source DVD along the way. On the other hand, I have most of my 400 DVDs that I have authored over the years, and fulfill On-Demand orders on a regular basis.

On Demand DVD-R is the low overhead option to the tangible goods market. A few thousand in duplicating equipment, an entry-level worker to do the hand assembly, and some office space for the machine and the blanks (or a couple of hard drives to store popular titles' VIDEO_TS folders). Alternately, I would pay a reasonable dollar commission for GHM to take orders, and $_POST (webhook) them to me.
