I'm sure our International Friends are still confused by "Popular Vote" vs "Electoral College" with the Presidential election!

Proposition 60 is determined by Popular Vote.

Our UK Friends woke up the other day to learn that Brexit now must go thru Parliament! Maybe kind of the same thing to slow it down.

The only thing more of an obstacle than that, was a week or two earlier, the EU announced that Brexit negotiations would be in French, not English!!
