Shaun,

Okay im wide and awake so as promised here goes..

The one main difference between the gay and straight markets that i have found is that for the most part, gay surfers actually do tend to know exactly what they are looking for in a paysite or product, often they will shop around and look at several sites before joining them, i know this from my own experience as a surfer.

Of course once they have their credit card in hand and have bought a membership they are probably one of the hardest types of surfer to 'retain' because they do have specific tastes and have joined your site for one particular reason you need to make them feel like the site is more of a 'community' than a members area we have found that paysites who offer community member areas have tended to retain much better than paysites that just offer 'porn' member areas

Basically, finding something that works across the board for the most part is very difficult in the gay market but, if you do offer just what you say you have inside the site your surfers should be happy and remain a member for a while.

Hope this info helps and if you have any more specific feel free to post away

Regards,

Lee
