If you do not do the design by yourself, I guess you will find somebody who is willing to do this for a reasonable price. Updates, I guess, could be done by yourself. If you think, you can make it better and you both are going into a winning position, go for it! You probably start slow with site by site, but I think you do not go to miss this opportunity
