The Elephant list doesn't require recips, but you do need to sign up for an account, and they've closed that option for now.

Same with Free6.com - they're apparently re-developing the system and the should be considering new applications this month.

Thanks for the advice on Free6 - that sounds like it could be good traffic if used properly.
