#1 Find out where they live
#2 Hire a P.I.
#3 Have them followed
#4 Find out what they like to do, where they shop etc...
#5 Fly out to them, and leave presents on their door
#6 Hide in the bushes and spy on them opening the gifts..

Ohhh wait... Thats how to get locked up and convicted of being a stalker..
