I wasn't trying to compare O.J. with Kobe, my point was that we learned that justice is sold to the highest bidder from the O.J. trial.

Like you, I agree that it seems unlikely that Kobe raped her. As I said before, I think she was looking for something-money, a big, black dick or notoriety. And, I had also previously suggested that it isn't not the usual case where a rape victim goes out and immediately has sex with someone else. I agree that I think it was most likely consensual.

But, we have now know for sometime, that, in this country, money talks. The more money you have, the better defense you can buy, the better defense you can buy, the likelier it is that you will achieve the outcome you want. I would hate to be in a position to need to be defended in a felony or capital case and ONLY have the resources for a public defender.
