What is acceptance really? I don't accept Christians or Catholics because their beliefs about homosexuality and sin, why would one accepts the muslims? Their core values, as most religions, feel homosexuality is a choice, and a sin .. so no matter how radicals accept us, the core values say we are going to hell.

My best friend growing up was an Iranian muslim ( Darusch Akabari ) His family taught me a lot about the way of the Arab muslim. I would also be told stories of how they treat their women and children. Darush would tell me how his mother back home would never be able to walk the street without her vale. I was told how women were killed for the honor of the man. I remember one stroy vividly of how a husband wouldn't give his wife a divorce ( he was cheating on her with another women and the wife wanted to leave ) so the wife left him. He hunted her down and killed her. He wasn't even arrested, it was an honor killing. "This is the muslim way" he said.

It's unfortunate what religion does to people, and what people do in the name of religion. All religion, not jus Muslim.
