I've no doubt that he was wired....they're not bright enough to wonder weather or not anyone would or could tell either.

And, lets face it...Bush had NO idea what to do when he was first notified about the planes hitting the towers on 9/11, while he sat in the grade school class room with a totally stupid and scared look on his face...think about that. How long he sat there waiting for someone to tell him what the hell to do...duh to Mr. Bush. He has no thoughts of his own.
