I agree. It's hard to find straight women that will get you off online, but guys that will are a dime a dozen.

That being said the MilitaryGuy network has been around for ages and almost always has someone online. As a matter of fact I've never gone to their site and not seen someone. ( I used to recruite there ages ago )

I'm not sure how your program works but maybe you could tweak your system to use more pull marketing to get surfers there when someone is on?

On every models page have a field where the surfer can put in their email and be notified when that model is online. Or be notified when any model is online. So instead of hoping surfers will come by when a model is online, you assure they will come by when they're online.
That way you, the webmasters and the models will be happy :-D
