This may be a slight tangent but...

Whenever I think of Johnny Rahm, I think of the first -- and I guess only - time that I went to a gay porn movie theater. Located in South Austin, this was not an arcade, but a real theater with the movie showing up there on the screen. I guess that was maybe in 1992 or 1993.

For some reason, I always remember seeing the image of Johnny Rahm in the movie there on the big screen. To this day don't know which movie it was. It was interesting though seeing all out porn on a large silver screen in a darkened theater.

It was early on a Sunday afternoon, and I guess at that particular time of day I could sneak away from the bf. Anyway, there was no one even there - I guess I can see why the place went out of business not too long thereafter. It was pretty seedy.

The building closed, and a dot com startup purchased the building. They gutted the inside and made it a really nice facility. Then the dot com declared bankrupty the following year, and the building is empty again.
