I love the tour like it is and think you have a great looking site.

If it was mine what I would change is adding a LOT of actual text on seperate pages, as many of them as possible. If you could add some kind of horizontal menu at the very top that links to a lot of additional tour pages that would be great. On it you could have links to a "history of buck" page, a "buck bio" page, "the galleries" page with descriptive text about the members area galleries, how they are layed out, how they work, when they update, etc, with screen caps of the menus/layout etc, "about our movies" page, "the making of the movies" with behind the scenes, stories, etc.

Basicly everything you can do to let the surfers get to know you and get interested in the site, the more personal the experience the better. Anything interactive inside should be mentioned outside too.

Adding any kind of contest that let's people win something directly from you would be great to have and mention in the tour too, to let surfers know it's a personal and exclusive site and that they are getting a personal experience from it's star, so you can really seperate yourself from dime-a-dozen glossy tour sites that promise a lot and don't deliver.

The fact that the star is behind the site opens up a lot of opportunities to make your sites unlike anything else.
