How to get support from Epoch/Paycom

Isee someone from epoch posting here maybe you can help me.

You're not alone. I've sent them emails too only to be ignored.

generally i get answers from support@paycom within 3 or 4 hours. if not, you can talk to your rep on icq or call them - that always works!

The first time I needed support.
I sent emails and never got an answer.
I called them and they resolved my problem.

The second time I needed help I sent about 3 emails to support and one to rand@paycom.net

Waited but nothing happened.

I don't use ICQ
I don't know who my rep (is he the same as the sales rep? that one I know)

CCbill answeres my emails after 5 - 10 min. and I'm loving it.

I did not try the sales rep.
I had ICQ Before then when I got a new pc I installed it again and a bunch of aol crap got installed and it changed my settings in my pc After that I just stayed away from it.
for messenger I only use MSN's messenger.
