The first time I needed support.
I sent emails and never got an answer.
I called them and they resolved my problem.

The second time I needed help I sent about 3 emails to support and one to rand@paycom.net

Waited but nothing happened.

I don't use ICQ
I don't know who my rep (is he the same as the sales rep? that one I know)

CCbill answeres my emails after 5 - 10 min. and I'm loving it.
