Well, I must agree with you that paysite webmasters can decide what to do with their content, I've been a paysite webmaster myself, but in this case I think that there is simple too much content "borrowed" for promotion. AVS webmasters should stand up against such affiliate programs, although it's legal, it is also unfair. At least, paysites webmasters should notice newly joined affiliates what content is free to promote and that they are ready to make custom deals regarding promo content.
I would like to hear someone from GayQuality, how indeed they got their content. Also I wanted to stress that AVS systems should be more demanding regarding copyright policy. Maybe they should not approve sites that do not have required 2257 info and demand for each site that webmaster should submit their content source.
