My three highest paying affiliate programs are located in Europe, Canada and Australia respectively. Absolutely go for it!

In fact, I will add that us affiliates must keep an eye on whether programs payout for non-US credit card transactions. Do they use some seperate processor that is independant of their affiliate program?

This is typically never spelled out in the terms of agreement to affiliates either -- and they should be. I do not agressively promote programs that do not pay on signups they make if they use a seperate processor for non-US transactions, and do not pay us for it.

Would you put free advertising banners for Target or Sears on your site if they did not pay you?

I look at my stats and the email addresses for my newsletter and it is obvious that a significant percentage of adult website surfers are non-US, so we have to include them in our business model.
