Do you have business rules about "fucking the models?"

Is it strict business is business, if you pose for me I'll never have sex with you ever, anywhere, anytime.

Is it once the shoot is over, I'll have sex with you?

Is it once the shoot is over and if I see you out elsewhere, I'll have sex with you.

And if you're not doing the photographing, what have you told your photographers?

How about fluffers? Do you keep them at the ready at a photo shoot?

What if the model was having a difficult time and you were the only one there, would you "help" them out or lose the photoshoot?

I don't think it's a good idea to fuck the models, or even hint around at it. You'll get the rep that (1) you like to fuck around with the guys, or (2) that sex is a condition of employment. The bad rep will spread quickly and you'll find yourself having to deal with a bad rep forever. Porn is the best way we've found to "inspire" the model whose equipment won't cooperate.

if you engage in sex with your models then after a while dont expect to get many referels. Too many people get into this industry for the wrong reasons and sooner rather then later it begins to just unravel for them. Just stick to making the best content you can!

ive had a number of models call me because they know i wont molest & rape them like other photographers they have worked with.

and yes, i think its considered rape if the model feels they have to fuck around with you in order to get the job.

Having a professional, non pressured, interview process is key to knowing what a models on camera limits are.

Fucking models as a condition of employment is wrong. Messing with them on camera as part of a video, with their prior knowledge, is obviously ok. I've had some guys here in Oz tell me horror stories of being duped to do stuff that was never mentioned before the shoot,etc. etc. Not cool.

On the other hand... take a look at the upcoming Internext show and tell me it's not common for people to mix business and pleasure. You'll see models there from studios brought specifically to flirt, and possibly have sex, all as a part of having a good time and keeping clients happy. A lot of VERY successful companies do this. Anyone who brings models to InterNext has only one intention, to mix business and pleasure in the hopes of making more money - period. How many after hours parties are scheduled at InterNext? Drinking and talking till early morning - no mixing business and pleasure there? Fucking models as condition of work is wrong but saying we don't mix business and pleasure is just untrue :high:
