there is a school of thought, that since galleries are (generally) only linked to from sites where they are already viewing porn, that a warning page isn't needed. It's not like someone is going to type in http://www.gallerydomain.com/galleries/john/01/ and if they do, then they are clearly knowing what they are going to see.

There are the SEs that link to galleries, also, but a clearly written (not misleading) title tag could also serve as some sort of 'warning' as to what they'll see if they click the link.

about the xxx domains... that would put us out of business... think of how many isps that would simply block that tld to make themselves look good. A .kids or similar is really the best solution, then us parent's could simply set filters that allow only .kids domains to show up.
