<a href="http://www.MaleCorps.com/al/affiliates.cgi?aid=300475&redirect=http://www.MaleCorps.com">MaleCorps</a> has tours in French and Spanish, but I can't remember if they've got a webmaster refferal program or not...I think they might. I'm getting OK results, but nothing spectacular.
