Merge Epassporte Accounts?

Does anyone know if it is possible to either merge 2 seperate Epassporte accounts into on or, add an additional username@epassporte.com to an individual account so money can be sent to the one account using multiple aliases?

Another question... does anyone know if Epassporte has their act together yet? We requested 3 cards in August. So far they have sent us 1 of the 3 but docked us for each card. We've followed up 3 times and even followed up at the show, but they have no clue. They are absolutly rediculous to deal with in my experience so far.
