I think this is a great idea. When I was just breaking into the business I was so hungry for help and found it hard to find. Perhaps a "site clinic" sort of idea might help bring some of the new people out of the closet. I sure remember feeling afraid to post anything when I was just coming out in case I said something wrong.

And helping others is always a good way to help ourselves. Teach a fellow webmaster how to build a good site and he might promote the hell out of your program.

Great idea! So who is going to be the first to sign up?

And can we have some guidelines for responses? Abrasive responses aren't going to be helpful to anyone.
