Get this! It is #1 on yahoo for the combo, but I'm getting maybe 3 hits a day!? How the fuck can I get 50-100 hits a day for a paid spot on google and 2 or 3 hits a day for a #1 spot on yahoo? Sure, the text is a little more enticing for the paid spot, but I can't imagine that would make such a huge difference.
Hey ya never know. You can see how many people are clicking in from your Adwords ad in your stats - I think the referring url says something like adwords.google.com etc.etc. as opposed to clickthoughs from search.yahoo.com

Also - your Adwords ad is probably running on other search engines that you are not thinking about. And these other search engines might find your target market better then just some ol' yahoo searching on Yahoo.

For example, Adwords run on searches made through gay.com, and lots of other sites now. Add all that up, and you'll probably be getting more visability then from just the people seeing your top ranked listing on Yahoo.

I only keep two fairly small campaigns running on Adwords, both of which are for one of my non-adult websites. It's a nice program, but watch it carefully or the costs will become prohibitive.
