In my personal experience with this kind of thing... they are very aggressive in trying to push their moral views on the court and will do whatever it takes... delays in proceedings/underhanded lawyering/appeals etc. In EA's case the DOJ themselves made the complaint of community standards so a lawsuit could be created!

Nobody can say what the end result will be in this case, with the current sociopolitical climate we're in ( yes judges do sometimes rule for sociopolitical reasons ). Maybe our government is like GWW.. free speech without censorship is ok as long as we're saying what they want us to say? :kiss:

I hope that freedom of speech is secure in today’s society... even when it's being attacked by the United States Department of Justice.
