Saturday, Feb 19 at 6 PM my FTP access at Adult4web went down.

At 7 PM, I sent an email--no online support available.

8 PM I receive a response that FTP would be down for 3 to 4 hours.

Sunday Feb 20 FTP is still down and now the entire site is down. I get "site not found"

Sunday Feb 20 I send another email because there is still no chat support.
1 hour later I receive a response that :

Now DNS propagation taking place.
During DNS propagation we prevent our clients to upload any pages to
the
theys sites.

During dns propagation will take place, you able to upload files to the
your account with temporary url: ***************

The response is automated and does not address my discontent.

Monday morning FTP is still not operational.

The site is back up and running, but the temporary URL takes 4 hours to upload 4 pages and the changes on the site do not take effect until dns propagation takes place

Monday night FTP is still not operational. I make the call to change hosts.

This was my experience with Adult4web over the weekend. Funny how they spam a board I am on just the day after they get things back in order. I have yet to receive any non-automated contact from my Sunday Feb 20 email.
