I quite like the concept behind this payment method myself, i know of at least one company who is activly promoting the use of pre-paid card, http://www.iloveprepaid.com and i have to say, im impressed with mechanisms behind this technology on the couple of sites i have had access to.

I do think this underage sale stuff will become important though and, im pretty sure the 'porn industry' will be the ones targeted in these 'swoops' and not the vendors themselves which, is ultimately where the problem lies, a bookstore cant sell porno movies to minors and, if they do, they get fined, the same should be true for vendors selling these types of pre-paid cards to minors.
