We have a couple different services.

For our tollfree, we pay 2.9 cents/minute, US and 10 cents/min from Canada. We have a total of about 6 tollfree lines that spell various things (4-cuties, boyfunk, 4-18west, etc) and as long as we bill over $3/month, there is no minimum.

The actual provider is Qwest, resold by Unitel, resold by Cognigen, resold by some multilevel person. It amazes me that I can get a rate of under 3 cents a minute and there are 3 layers of resellers, but when I go to Qwest directly, the rate is considerably higher.

We also have a "follow-me" number through Ureach.com. This will ring up to 4 numbers simultaneously or sequentially (as in, home/office/cell/etc), takes faxes and voicemails, and can route calls by time of day, day of week, etc. All settings can be changed by touch tone phone or from the web. It's considerably more expensive (about 11 cents/minute) but is useful for when we're traveling or that sort of thing.
