Just to you let you know, I responded to your first email on March 3rd. Here's my email to you:

"I've looked at your account, and while it does seem strange, I can't see anything wrong when I look at the individual sales. I'll have our tech guys look a little closer into it. I'll let you know what they come up with.

I'm away until Tuesday, but I'll follow up with you then."

Is it possible you have a spam filter or something that mistakingly fitered out my email?

As for your account, we can't find anything wrong. Has the quality of your traffic changed?
